Job Title Printing Officer Department Production Printing Location Sonipat Bahalgarh Chowk Reporting To Production Manager Plant Head Experience 3-5 years Job Purpose The Printing Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day printing operations ensuring high-quality output efficient use of resources and adherence to production schedules and quality standards Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and monitor printing operations as per production schedules Ensure smooth functioning of printing machines offset digital flexo or other relevant machines Maintain quality standards across all printing jobs and conduct regular quality checks Supervise machine operators and provide technical support when required Optimize printing processes to reduce waste downtime and costs Ensure proper handling of raw materials paper ink plates etc and maintain stock levels Coordinate with the design production and packaging teams to ensure timely order completion Implement and maintain safety standards in the printing department Maintain records of production downtime and quality reports Assist in training and development of printing staff Key Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of printing technologies and machinery Hands-on experience with mention specific machines software if needed e g Offset Flexo Digital Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide operators Eye for detail and solid focus on quality control Good leadership and team management skills Basic computer knowledge MS Office ERP preferred Qualifications Experience Diploma Degree in Printing Technology or related field 3-5 years of experience in a printing production environment Experience in stationery packaging allied printing industry will be preferred Job Type Permanent Pay 9 876 44 - 44 878 48 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Shift will be 10 Hour 2 Hour OT Education Diploma Preferred Experience Screen printing 2 years Preferred Language Hindi Preferred Location Sonipat Haryana Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Overnight Shift Preferred Work Location In person
