Job Title Tender and Licensing Executive Job Summary The Tender and Licensing Executive at KVSSL is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering and licensing processes in the agriculture and allied sectors This role ensures the timely submission of tenders compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient documentation management facilitating smooth project execution Key Responsibilities Tender Management Govt Tenders and GeM Portal Identify and track tender opportunities in the agriculture and allied sectors Coordinate with internal departments and government authorities to gather necessary information Prepare and submit tenders electronically or physically ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines Monitor the status of submitted tenders and provide timely updates Licensing and Compliance Manage applications for necessary licenses and memberships Ensure timely renewal and compliance with all regulatory requirements Documentation and Record-Keeping Maintain accurate records of all tender documents licenses and related correspondence Ensure all documentation aligns with company standards and remains easily accessible Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Agriculture Legal or a related field Experience in tendering and licensing within the agriculture sector is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering portals like GeM Portal etc Strong letter drafting skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently This role plays a crucial part in ensuring successful tender submissions proper licensing management and regulatory compliance contributing to KVSSL s continued growth in the agriculture sector Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
