About Us Ramla Supermarket is a fast-growing retail chain committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory operations ensuring accuracy efficiency and smooth day-to-day store management Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily inventory operations across all departments Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits cycle counts and system updates Monitor product movement and analyze trends to prevent stockouts and overstocking Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to manage deliveries and resolve discrepancies Implement effective inventory control procedures and best practices Generate inventory reports and present insights to management Supervise inventory staff and provide training to ensure compliance with company policies Collaborate with store and warehouse teams to streamline processes and reduce waste Requirements Proven experience as an Inventory Manager Inventory Controller or similar role retail grocery experience preferred Strong understanding of inventory control systems stock management and supply chain principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel Strong organizational leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Education Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Growth and career development opportunities Supportive and cooperative work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Work Location In person
