Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the branch operations covering both Skill Development programs and Overseas Education consultancy Develop strategies to drive student enrolments build strong networks with institutions industry partners and stakeholders Ensure smooth functioning of daily operations including counselling admissions visa processes and training programs Manage mentor and motivate the branch team to achieve business targets and deliver high-quality student services Monitor performance metrics financial planning and reporting for the branch Strengthen brand presence in Kochi through promotional activities seminars and collaborations Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong professional ethics Requirements Minimum 6 years of proven experience in managing an education consultancy in Kochi overseas education and or skill development Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of overseas education processes admission procedures and student counseling Business acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and operational excellence Strong communication networking and relationship-building skills Ability to take ownership of the branch and function with a high level of accountability Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Work Location In person
