Job Summary We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst with over 3 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements analyzing processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective IT solutions that support business objectives Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams Work closely with software developers QA and project managers to ensure solutions align with requirements Conduct gap analysis feasibility studies and process mapping Assist in designing workflows wireframes and use cases to support system development Facilitate meetings workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business units Support UAT User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios scripts and validating results Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Create and maintain documentation including BRD Business Requirement Documents FRD Functional Requirement Documents and user manuals Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects Robust knowledge of SDLC Software Development Life Cycle Agile and Waterfall methodologies Proficiency in requirements gathering documentation and analysis tools e g JIRA Confluence MS Visio Trello Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with SQL queries or data analysis is a plus Knowledge of ERP CRM systems Cloud platforms or API integrations is desirable Interested candidate share your CV at mandeep singh matrixmarketers com Contact us at (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
