Job Summary The Event Manager will plan coordinate and execute high-profile government corporate and public events including expos mahotsavs and events involving VIPs such as Chief Ministers The role requires excellent organizational skills strict adherence to protocols vendor management and ensuring flawless execution of events while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance Key Responsibilities Event Planning Strategy Conceptualize and plan events as per client brief including government programs corporate events public festivals and expos Prepare detailed event schedules timelines and logistics plans Conduct site inspections assess feasibility and manage risk Government VIP Protocol Management Ensure compliance with government protocols and security requirements Coordinate VIP arrangements seating and official protocol for dignitaries like Chief Ministers Maintain liaison with government departments and agencies for permissions and approvals Client Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Ensure expectations are met with timely updates and professional communication Maintain strong relationships with sponsors partners and vendors Vendor Resource Management Source negotiate and manage vendors for logistics AV catering decor and security Ensure quality timely delivery and compliance with event requirements Manage manpower and material resources efficiently Budgeting Financial Oversight Prepare and manage event budgets track expenses and ensure cost-effective execution Monitor and approve vendor invoices and payments In office Supervision Execution Oversee event setup registration technical arrangements and crowd management Ensure safety security and smooth functioning throughout the event Troubleshoot on-the-spot issues to maintain event quality Post-Event Activities Prepare post-event reports budget reconciliation and feedback analysis Maintain documentation photographs and official records Suggest improvements for future events based on learnings Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Events management 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
