Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy The role involves handling vendor management billing and invoicing tender management accounts payable receivable reconciliations and compliance with statutory regulations such as GST and TDS Qualifications MBA or Mcom in Finance Key Responsibilities Vendor management and billing invoicing Tender management Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable receivable journal entries and reconciliations Prepare invoices track payments and manage collections Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Reconcile bank statements and monitor company bank accounts Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Support month-end and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with statutory accounting and tax regulations GST TDS etc Coordinate with auditors during audits Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursement claims Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information Requirements Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and standards Proficient in accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks Zoho Books SAP Strong Excel and MS Office skills Knowledge of local taxation laws and statutory compliance Experience in handling vendor and client reconciliations Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Education Master s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Location Mangalore Karnataka Preferred Work Location In person
