Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Manager to oversee inventory warehouse operations and stock management at Nandighosh Trading Agency The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of Blue Star air conditioning refrigeration and cold room products maintain accurate records and support sales service teams with timely material availability Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt storage and issue of materials Maintain accurate inventory records stock register inward outward entries Monitor stock levels and reorder requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply Coordinate with sales and service teams for timely material dispatch and installation support Ensure safe handling and storage of HVAC refrigeration and electrical products Conduct regular stock audits reconciliations and report variances to management Maintain compliance with company policies accounting standards and statutory norms Supervise store staff assign tasks and ensure discipline efficiency Track warranty AMC-related spare parts and support after-sales service requirements Implement proper documentation for inward outward challans invoices and vendor records Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations Familiarity with HVAC refrigeration and electrical products preferred Proficiency in MS Excel ERP or inventory management software Excellent organizational and leadership skills Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Valuable communication and coordination skills Qualifications Experience Graduate in any discipline 1-5 years of experience in store inventory management preferably in HVAC refrigeration engineering industry Knowledge of Blue Star or similar OEM products will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
