About the Role This isn t a typical internship You ll be working directly with the Founder and get exposure across multiple functions - HR Accounts Sales Social Media Excel Reporting Vendor Platforms like IndiaMart and on-ground event assistance If you re someone who wants to learn end-to-end how a startup runs and grow rapid this is for you Key Responsibilities Handle HR-related tasks shortlisting coordination onboarding support Assist in Accounts-related work and maintain records Use Excel extensively for reporting analysis and data management Manage and update IndiaMart and other online platforms Support and supervise daily operational tasks Assist Founder in events meetings and day-to-day activities Contribute to sales and marketing activities including social media support Be proactive available and ready to take ownership of multiple tasks What We re Looking For 1000 dedication and willingness to learn fast Strong Excel skills pivot tables formulas analysis Organized detail-oriented and comfortable with multitasking Someone who doesn t say that s not my job - you ll wear many hats Good communication skills for sales and social media handling Hunger to grow in a startup environment where every day looks different Note This is a high-exposure internship with the Founder s Office Based on performance we may offer a permanent role after the internship or extend the internship further Job Type Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 5 000 00 per month Work Location In person
