Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Abacus Trainer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching abacus techniques excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping students improve their mathematical abilities Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging abacus training sessions for students of various age groups Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles Monitor and assess student progress providing feedback and support as needed Create a positive and inspiring learning environment Organize workshops and events to promote abacus learning Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and abacus techniques Collaborate with parents and staff to discuss student progress and development Qualifications Proven experience as an Abacus Trainer or in a similar teaching role Strong understanding of abacus methods and mental calculation techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience and a passion for teaching Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Certification in abacus training is a plus Preferred Skills Experience with children or youth education Knowledge of educational technology and online teaching tools Strong organizational and time-management skills Job Type Full-time Pay 10 265 32 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
