Key Responsibilities Install and set up machinery and equipment at customer sites or within the manufacturing facility Ensure proper calibration and functionality of installed equipment Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Diagnose technical issues and provide quick resolutions to minimize downtime Replace faulty parts and ensure proper documentation of repair work Respond to service calls and resolve customer complaints related to machinery Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting support to resolve operational issues Collaborate with other engineers or technicians to develop solutions for recurring issues Maintain detailed service reports work orders and technical documentation Document maintenance schedules and track machine performance trends Train customers or in-house operators on equipment usage and best practices Provide recommendations for machine improvements and efficiency optimization Ensure all service activities comply with safety regulations and company policies Follow industry standards and protocols for equipment handling and servicing Qualifications Skills Education Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical Electronics or Industrial Engineering Experience 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a team workplace Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Willingness to travel 25 Required Work Location In person
