Maintenance Worker Company Description The Pizza Bakery founded in 2017 is dedicated to recreating authentic Napoli-style pizza in India Our pizzas are crafted from 48-hour fermented sourdough hand-stretched and wood-fired in a custom brick oven Alongside pizzas we serve a wide range of authentic European dishes prepared with high-quality produce sourced from both India and Europe following century-old cooking methods With multiple locations across Bangalore and Colombo The Pizza Bakery delivers a true slice of Naples in every meal Role Description - Maintenance Worker We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team on a full-time on-site basis in Bengaluru North The Maintenance Worker will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant facilities by performing routine maintenance troubleshooting issues and carrying out repair work as needed Roles Responsibilities Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance on kitchen machinery electrical systems and plumbing fixtures Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and avoid costly repairs Handle minor carpentry work such as door furniture and fixture repairs Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs leakages wiring lighting drainage etc Operate and maintain power tools and equipment safely and efficiently Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests from operations and kitchen staff Maintain proper records of repairs replacements and preventive maintenance activities Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards across facilities Coordinate with external vendors or contractors when specialized repair services are required Support the restaurant team during inspections and audits related to facility upkeep Qualifications Skills 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Maintenance Worker Technician or in a similar role preferably in hospitality F B or facility management Hands-on experience in carpentry plumbing and equipment maintenance Good knowledge of preventive maintenance practices Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Skilled in the safe handling of power tools and repair equipment Strong time management and organizational skills Basic knowledge of electrical systems will be an added advantage Team player with positive communication and a proactive approach Compensation Salary As per industry standards and based on relevant experience Extra benefits Employee meals staff discounts and growth opportunities within the organization Contact Person HR Popo Ventures Mani K 91 (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
