About the Role We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers The role involves reaching out to customers proactively through calls emails and messages to ensure smooth communication resolve queries and provide a positive customer experience Key Responsibilities Reach out to customers via phone calls emails and messages to address queries and provide assistance Handle incoming and outgoing communication in a professional and empathetic manner Provide accurate information about products services and company policies Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation in CRM other tools Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team in a timely manner Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to improving customer engagement Requirements Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English Hindi Regional languages as per requirement Prior experience in customer support telecalling or client servicing is an advantage Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude Basic knowledge of MS Office CRM tools Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Customer service 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
