- EDP Registration Department Company Banerjee Bajaj Authorized Bajaj Dealership Location Durgapur Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual for the EDP Registration Department The role involves managing end-to-end vehicle registration processes RTO coordination and ensuring accurate documentation of sales data in the dealership s systems The candidate should have strong administrative computer and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations Key Responsibilities Handle vehicle registration process with RTO Temporary Permanent Registration Ensure timely and accurate submission of registration documents Maintain proper records of customer documents ID proof address proof insurance etc Update and manage entries in Dealer Management System DMS EDP software Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer-related documentation Prepare and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports Liaise with insurance companies for insurance-related registration processes Ensure compliance with all statutory and RTO requirements Support in audit processes and documentation verification Assist management with any additional administrative and data management tasks Required Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of RTO process registration documentation Proficiency in MS Office DMS software Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Qualifications Experience Graduate in any discipline Commerce Administration preferred Minimum 2-4 years of experience in EDP Registration department at automobile dealerships preferred Freshers with solid computer knowledge may also apply Salary Benefits Salary As per industry standards Other Benefits PF ESIC Incentives as applicable Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 7 500 00 - 10 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
