Job Title Merchandiser - Home Textiles Department Merchandising Location A-56 Noida Sec - 4 near to sec-16 metro station Reports To Senior Merchandiser Merchandising Manager Experience Required 1-2 Years Home Textiles experience preferred Employment Type Full-time About the Company We are a leading home textile company specializing in premium quality cushion covers bedsheet covers rugs carpets and other home decor products With a commitment to design innovation and sustainability we cater to both domestic and international markets Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage the product lifecycle from development to delivery The ideal candidate will work closely with design production and sales teams to ensure timely execution of orders quality assurance and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities 1 Product Development Sampling Coordinate with design and production teams for new product development and sampling Follow up on tech packs swatches and sample approvals with buyers Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to support design suggestions 2 Order Management Manage the complete order cycle - from sampling to bulk production Communicate with buyers for order confirmations approvals and amendments Monitor production status and ensure timely shipments Maintain order tracking sheets and T A Time Action calendars 3 Vendor Production Coordination Liaise with in-house and outsourced vendors for fabric sourcing dyeing printing and embroidery work Ensure production timelines and quality parameters are met Address and resolve any production or quality issues 4 Quality Assurance Coordinate with QA QC teams to ensure product quality as per buyer specifications Ensure all products meet compliance and testing standards required by clients 5 Documentation Communication Maintain all documentation including PI PO packaging instructions shipping documents etc Communicate effectively with clients logistics and internal departments Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of home textiles fabric types weaving techniques printing embroidery etc Good sense of design and color coordination Proficient in MS Office Excel Word Outlook knowledge of ERP systems is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong planning and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Educational Qualifications Graduate in Textile Design Fashion Merchandising or related field PG diploma in Merchandising or Textile Management preferred Preferred Experience Prior experience in home furnishing home textiles merchandising Exposure to working with export houses buying agents or large retail clients Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
