Job Title Senior Site Engineer - Residential Construction Location Chennai Tamil Nadu Experience 8-10 Years Salary 30K to 53K We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Site Engineer for our ongoing and upcoming Residential construction projects in Chennai The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge proven site management skills and expertise in quantity estimation labour handling and execution planning Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations for Residential construction and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Coordinate with architects contractors vendors and project management teams Supervise structural finishing and MEP works as per drawings and specifications Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports using MS Excel Monitor material usage and minimize wastage Manage labour teams effectively with strong local labour contractor contacts Validate quantity take-offs BOQs and material reconciliations Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental regulations on-site Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients Required Skills Qualifications B E Diploma in Civil Engineering 8-10 years of site experience in residential construction Strong knowledge of quantity estimation site execution and finishing works Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting costing and material tracking Positive understanding of civil drawings structural detailing and construction methodologies Hands-on experience with labour and subcontractor management Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Preferred Candidates with previous Residential project experience in Chennai or Tamil Nadu Fluent in Tamil and English spoken written Immediate joiners or short notice preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 53 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Overnight Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 29 07 2025
