Responsibilities Manage and process all financial transactions including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries using either Tally or Zoho Books Prepare and reconcile bank statements credit card statements and other financial accounts Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements Process payroll ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and compliance with all statutory requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards tax regulations e g GST and company policies Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and inquiries Support external audits and provide necessary documentation Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Proven experience typically 2-4 years as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role Demonstrable expertise in either Tally or Zoho Books is essential Please specify your proficiency in your application Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
