Client Name Greenchef Appliances Limited Our Client is a prominent Indian brand specializing in home and kitchen appliances the company has expanded its reach across India offering a diverse range of products designed to meet modern household needs Kitchenware Gas stoves hob tops chimneys pressure cookers grinders non-stick cookware induction cooktops electric kettles and rice cookers Small Electrical Appliances Mixer grinders blenders vegetable choppers and sandwich makers Household Items Water heaters geysers fans irons mops room heaters and water bottles Job Profile Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Finance with a solid working knowledge of the SAP S4 HANA Finance module in a manufacturing organization The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day financial operations including vendor reconciliation purchase and job work transaction verification asset accounting expense tracking preparation of Contractor working TDS deduction and ensuring statutory compliance Key Responsibilities 1 Perform daily vendor account reconciliation and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies 2 Verify day-to-day purchase entries job work transactions and ensure correct postings in SAP 3 Ensuring all the entries have been done as per Cost Centre wise 4 Job work Material reconciliation with Job work Charges 5 Handle asset accounting and maintain accurate records as per accounting standards 6 Manage and verify petty cash and other routine expenses daily 7 Ensure timely TDS deductions on applicable transactions and reconcile with returns 8 Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements GST TDS etc 9 Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve accounting-related issues 10 Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports Generate reports and dashboards from SAP S4 HANA for management review Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or master s degree in commerce finance accounting Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a Finance role using SAP S4 HANA Finance module in a manufacturing company Proficient in Accounts Payable Asset Management TDS Compliance and Vendor Management Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory laws Ability to work independently and in a team with excellent attention to detail Good communication and analytical skills Working Days6 days workingWorking Timings9 15-6Pm Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Application Question s What is your current location Your Current ctc Expected ctc Do you have experience in SAP Do you have experience in SAP S4 HANA D you have experience in Accounts Payable Asset Management TDS Compliance and Vendor Management Work Location In person
