The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces This role plays a key part in enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring a clean comfortable and welcoming workplace Key Responsibilities Clean guest rooms bathrooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards Replenish guest amenities and supplies Ensure all linen and towels are clean and in good condition Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor Follow established procedures for lost and found items Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a neat and organized manner Adhere to safety hygiene and sanitation protocols Assist with laundry operations if required Support other housekeeping team members during high-occupancy periods Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus
