About the Role We are looking for a confident articulate and well-presented Immersion Tour Coordinator to lead and execute international immersion tours for MBA and PGDM students from Tier 1 colleges This role demands excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi a strong understanding of corporate protocol and the ability to handle travel logistics and client meetings with top-tier college management including Chairmen and Directors Key Responsibilities o Plan and coordinate immersion tours for top MBA PGDM colleges to international destinations o Liaise with institutional heads and corporate partners to finalize immersion tour agendas o Deliver impactful presentations to college management and decision-makers o Handle negotiations and closures of institutional tour deals o Ensure smooth travel operations including visa processing flight bookings and accommodation o Build and maintain relationships with education partners travel vendors and institutions o Represent the company in a professional manner during meetings and events o Handle any contingencies during tours ensuring student safety and satisfaction o Flexible to travel within and outside India as per project requirements Required Skills Qualifications o Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi o Excellent presentation and public speaking skills o Knowledge of travel and tourism processes international domestic o Familiarity with education tours MICE or academic conferences is a plus o Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders college directors chairpersons etc o Strong negotiation and deal-closure skills o Well-groomed personality with a professional demeanor o Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Business Administration Hospitality or related fields Preferred Attributes o Female candidates with a dynamic and confident personality o Comfortable with frequent travel including international destinations o Prior experience in academic tours event coordination or corporate client handling Perks Benefits o Opportunity to work with top institutions across India and abroad o Travel opportunities to international educational destinations o Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities International connections and networking opportunity o Professional development in corporate networking and academic liaison Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 17 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
