Job Title Team Leader - Recruitment Bulk Hiring Location Sector 65 Gurugram Experience Required 2 years Industry Recruitment Staffing HR Consultancy Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader - Recruitment with a strong background in bulk hiring profiles The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with a recruitment consultancy and should be capable of managing a team handling multiple mandates and ensuring timely closures Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of recruiters and interns handling bulk hiring - Strategize and execute end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring quick turnaround times - Source candidates using job portals databases professional networks and referrals - Screen shortlist and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers - Work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand manpower needs - Monitor daily performance of the recruitment team and provide training support as required - Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare reports for management review - Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal hiring policies Key Skills Required - Mandatory experience in working with a recruitment consultancy - Proven expertise in bulk hiring for eg Customer support collection agent telesales executive technical support vkyc agent etc - Solid sourcing screening and negotiation skills - Excellent team management and leadership capabilities - Familiarity with ATS Excel reporting and hiring dashboards - Strong communication and client coordination skills - Ability to manage high-pressure hiring deadlines Preferred Qualifications - Graduate or Postgraduate in HR Business Management - 2 years of total recruitment experience with at least 1 year in a team handling role Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
