Job Responsibilities Make airline reservations issue reissue and cancel tickets using Global Distribution Systems e g Amadeus Sabre Galileo etc Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings and fare quotations Ensure all ticketing processes comply with airline rules and company policies Assist clients with date changes refunds cancellations and revalidations Generate and send itineraries and invoices to clients Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to resolve issues Provide excellent customer service before during and after the booking Requirements Proven experience using at least one major GDS CRS e g Amadeus Sabre Galileo Good understanding of airline fare rules reissue revalidation processes and refund procedures Solid communication skills in English and local language if needed Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Basic computer proficiency MS Office email handling etc Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Night shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Shift allowance Work Location In person
