Spectrum Solar Power is looking for agile and results-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell solar energy solutions The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and capable of driving sales growth through field visits customer engagement and strategic lead generation Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers through field visits local campaigns and referrals Explain solar energy systems benefits government subsidies and return on investment to customers Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments Meet sales targets set by the company on a monthly quarterly basis Maintain accurate records of client interactions proposals and follow-ups Educate customers about the company s solar products and services Participate in on-ground marketing campaigns exhibitions and awareness drives Provide post-sale support and coordinate with internal departments for installation and service Report daily activities and sales progress to the Sales Manager Qualifications Minimum 2 ITI Diploma or Graduate in any field Prior experience in solar field sales is an added advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts Basic understanding of solar power systems preferred training will be provided Key Skills Field Sales Customer Relationship Management Target-Oriented Approach Local Market Knowledge Communication Negotiation Skills Basic Technical Knowledge Solar Benefits Attractive Incentive Scheme Travel Allowance Performance Bonuses On-the-job Training Career Growth Opportunities Employee Benefits as per company policy Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Experience sales 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
