Job Summary

Hakani Bima Solutions Insurance Brokers LLP is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their insurance requirements, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Introduce and explain insurance products in a clear and professional manner.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Follow up with existing and prospective customers to maximize conversions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company system.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information regarding insurance products.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility





Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.

01 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Good communication and convincing skills in Gujarati, Hindi and/or English.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
