We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Acquisition Manager LAP/HL to drive acquisition of new business. This is an excellent chance for freshers with a strong passion for sales as well as experienced candidates looking to build a career in secured lending.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans (HL) products
- Generate leads through:
- Personal references
- Referrals from branch network
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand client financial needs and offer suitable lending solutions
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
- Consistently achieve sales targets and business goals
- Maintain updated knowledge of products,
processes, and market competition
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel for business acquisition
- Candidate must be energetic, proactive and should be willing to work on a contractual basis for 11 months (Renewal subject to performance)
