Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist who has worked on hiring senior-level professionals across industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Pharma, Engineering, and other Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior leadership positions.

Work on mandates ranging from 20 LPA to 1-2 Crore CTC.

Perform headhunting and executive search through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market mapping.

Identify passive candidates who are not actively looking for jobs.

Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements.

Screen and assess candidates before presenting profiles.

Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.

Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking,



and talent mapping.

Required Experience:

Experience in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring.

Solid exposure to hiring for:

Manufacturing

Construction

Pharma

Engineering

Industrial sectors

Should have successfully closed positions from 20 LPA to 1 Crore+.

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
