- Process mutual fund transactions via BSE Star MF and Investwell platforms efficiently.
- Handle client boarding, including KYC verification, folio creation, and mandate registrations accurately.
- Manage SIP registrations, modifications, and cancellations promptly.
- Send payment links to clients for online MF transactions and follow up on completion.
- Support operations for AIF, PMS, and SIF products; AMC training will be provided if required.
- Maintain and update client records across platforms ensuring data accuracy.
- Liaise with AMCs, RTAs, and product partners to resolve client servicing queries.
- Support compliance documentation and audit readiness.
- Manage day-to-day office administration as needed.

Job Requirements

- Familiarity with BSE Star MF, MFU, or any other MF transaction platform is essential.
- Working knowledge of KYC, FATCA,



and SEBI/AMFI compliance requirements is necessary.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/back-office tools is expected.
- Detail-oriented individuals who can identify and correct errors before they reach clients are preferred.
- Reliable and process-driven candidates who require minimal supervision are encouraged to apply.
