Role Overview:

We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager responsible for student recruitment and admissions for career programs in the banking sector. This is a dual responsibility role involving individual sales targets as well as team leadership,



focused on lead generation, counseling, conversions, and overall performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert student leads through calling, networking, and online platforms
- Counsel students and drive admissions for career/program opportunities
- Manage end-to-end admission cycle including follow-ups and closures
- Conduct webinars, virtual sessions, and outreach activities
- Achieve individual sales/admission targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of executives
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets
- Guide and support team in lead generation and conversions
- Improve team productivity and conversion efficiency
- Track MIS, reports, and overall funnel performance
- Develop and execute strategies to improve admissions and team output
