Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates on project status to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management with a focus on project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of PMO principles, including planning, execution, monitoring & control processes.
