- Prepare and verify payroll (attendance, overtime, deductions) and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for smooth salary processing.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment, conducting engagement, counseling, and motivation initiatives while ensuring discipline and adherence to company policies.




- Oversee administrative functions (housekeeping, facilities, office management), support site-level administration (construction sites/factory units), and ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities.

Job Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR (MBA in HR preferred).
- 5-8 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG / Real Estate / Construction / Manufacturing preferred).
- Possess strong leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrate positive knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Be proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and attendance systems.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
