JD :

Must Have :

- Strong handson experience in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN and Microsoft HyperV
- Expertise in VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion and HyperV Failover Clustering
- Indepth knowledge of DNS, DHCP services and Infoblox DDI administration
- Experience in managing Windows & Linux servers in virtualized environments
- Strong understanding of SAN/NAS storage, multipathing, and performance metrics
- Proven experience in L3 incident handling, RCA, problem management and change governance
- Exposure to automation using PowerCLI / PowerShell
- Experience working in enterprise / retail / managed services environments
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational governance
- Robust documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Provide L3level support for VMware and HyperV virtualization platforms




- Own and resolve complex escalations, major incidents, and platform outages
- Design, manage, and optimize VMware / HyperV clusters ensuring high availability
- Administer DNS, DHCP services and manage IPAM through Infoblox
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, upgrades, patching, and migrations
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with security hardening, audit, and DR standards
- Support and execute infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives
- Coordinate with network, storage, security, and application teams
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and contribute to SOPs, KBs, and operational documentation
- Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and delivery tracking
