Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and configure SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) solutions.
- Implement end-to-end Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) use cases.
- Configure Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Entitlements, Governance Groups, Lifecycle States, Access Requests, Approval Workflows, and Certifications.
- Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
- Develop and maintain SailPoint Transforms for identity attribute mapping, account correlation, username generation, and business logic.
- Design and develop Cloud Rules, including Identity Attribute Rules, Before Provisioning Rules, After Provisioning Rules, Connector Rules, and other cloud-executed rules.
- Perform Application Onboarding using SailPoint connectors, REST APIs, SCIM, and custom integrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot Provisioning, Deprovisioning, Aggregation, Access Certifications, and Access Reviews.
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), LDAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and enterprise applications.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, SOAP, Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, Python, SQL, JSON, and XML.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, Production Deployment, Hypercare,



and Production Support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise IAM solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- 5-7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) or IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Strong experience in Application Onboarding, SailPoint Connectors, Cloud Rules, Transforms, Workflows, Provisioning, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Hands-on experience with RBAC, Entitlement Management, Access Certifications, Access Reviews, Governance, Compliance, and SoD Controls.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), LDAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and enterprise applications.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SCIM, SOAP, Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, Python, SQL, JSON, XML, Linux/Unix, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SailPoint ISC implementation project.
