Must Have:

- Good customer handling skills and a quick learner.
- Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and need to support and coach junior resources.
- Excellent Analytical, troubleshooting and Documentation skills.
- Willing to work on 24X7 rotational shifts
- Windows 2008/2012/2016 Active Directory Level-3 working knowledge.
- Perform AD server configuration as per customer standard.
- To perform an upgrade of the Active Directory workplace.
- Management of Active Directory domain controller FSMO roles
- Should be an expert in Managing of Group policy objects (GPO)
- Diagnose and resolve problems associated with the Directory Replication service
- Configure and manage the AD DNS services
- AD Disaster recovery
- Ensure the overall security of the Active Directory domain.
- Conducting root cause analysis
- Understand and manage Azure Active Directory.
- Active Directory process automation via PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in Project Planning and execution.
- Expert in Active directory Federation service.
