Job Title: Supply Chain Asst Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Asst. Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of dispatch planning, product cycles, and documentation related to both domestic and international trade.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Manage the complete supply chain process from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Dispatch Planning: Develop and implement dispatch plans for both domestic and export shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete cycle of Indian and Foreign Letters of Credit, including payment terms involved in trade and domestic transactions.
- Order Management: Track sales pending orders and coordinate with the sales team and stakeholders to ensure timely dispatch. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for outgoing shipments.
- Invoice Tracking: Efficiently maintain records of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare pre and post-export documentation required for customs clearance and banking processes.
- Shipment Monitoring:



Monitor the movement of export and domestic shipments, ensuring they reach customers in good condition.
- Import Shipment Oversight: Oversee the movement of import shipments until they arrive at our company in satisfactory condition.
- Problem Solving & People Management: Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise and manage relationships with team members and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of [15] years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Letters of Credit and payment terms in international trade.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
