What would you do "In our Service Supply Chain offering, we leverage a combination of proprietary technology and client systems to develop, execute, and deliver BPaaS (business process as a service) or Managed Service solutions across the service lifecycle: Plan, Deliver, and Recover. In this role, you will partner with business development and act as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help build resilient solutions that will enhance our clients supply chains and customer experience. The Logistics Service Representative plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting end-to-end logistics operations. In this position, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers on behalf of Accentures clients, providing skilled, timely, and solution-oriented communication across phone and email channels. You will help keep operations running smoothly by accurately maintaining company systems and databases, resolving customer needs with care and efficiency, and supporting quality standards and program requirements.
