Roles Responsibilities: Responsible for providing L2/L3 application support Chromeleon, OpenLab LabX from Mettler Toledo, Metrohm, MassLib LabQ ,



with mandatory hands-on experience in support and configuration. The role supports laboratory digital workflows and ensures system availability and performance. Exposure to chemical RD environments or a chemistry background is an added advantage.
