Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js, Next.js, and Laravel to join our growing engineering team. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Node.js, Next.js, and Laravel

- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces

- Design and write effective MySQL queries; assist in database schema design

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices

- Debug and resolve bugs/issues across the front-end and back-end

- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality

- Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and QA to deliver features on time

- Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development

Required Skills Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in full stack development

- Working knowledge of Node.js and Next.js (React ecosystem)

- Hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP framework)





- Good understanding of MySQL writing queries, basic schema design

- Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs

- Solid understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- Familiarity with version control (Git)

- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/technologies

Good to Have

- Exposure to TypeScript

- Basic understanding of Docker or deployment processes

- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

- Understanding of UI/UX basics

- Any personal/academic projects or open-source contributions using the above stack

Soft Skills

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

- Team player with a cooperative mindset

- Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively

- Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
