Job Title: Sales Engineer CNC Machine

Location: Anywhere in East India, Bangalore, or Mumbai

CTC: 9–10 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Sales Engineer to drive sales of CNC machine tools and manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of machining processes and experience in industrial B2B sales. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Promote and sell CNC machine tools and manufacturing automation solutions.
- Visit customers, understand machining requirements, and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, machine demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate pricing.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, automotive, aerospace, engineering, fabrication,



and precision manufacturing customers.
- Coordinate with application engineering and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–8 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Experience selling CNC machines, machine tools, cutting tools, industrial automation, manufacturing equipment, or related engineering products.
- Good understanding of CNC machining, metal cutting, manufacturing processes, and industrial applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
