We are looking for a Social Media Manager to handle our online pages.

Our target audience is not big corporate businessmen. Our main customers are local shopkeepers, small business owners, and traders (Vyapaaris). Your job will be to take our content and post it in a way that these local business owners can understand and relate to. You will work daily with our in-house Video Editor to handle our online growth.

Location: Howrah Maidan, Kolkata (5-minute walk from Howrah Maidan Metro Station)

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days work from home)

Role & responsibilities

Handle Accounts: Manage and upload videos/posts daily on YouTube, Instagram Reels, and WhatsApp groups.

Grow the Pages: Bring more local business owners and followers to our pages using ideas.

Reply to Comments: Talk to people who comment or message us on WhatsApp and Instagram, and answer their basic questions.

Check the Numbers:



Keep an eye on how many views and likes we are getting daily and see what our audience likes watching.

Teamwork: Work closely with our Video Editor.

Preferred candidate profile

Must know how to speak and write in normal conversational Hindi / Hinglish.

You should already know how to grow a YouTube channel or Instagram page (please show us your past work or pages you managed).

Must be comfortable coming to our Howrah Maidan office 3 days a week.
