Job Summary

Assistant Manager – MLOps

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager – MLOps / ML Engineering to support the development, deployment, and operation of scalable machine learning platforms and production ML systems. The role will work closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Product teams to help accelerate the delivery of AI/ML solutions while ensuring reliability, scalability, governance,



and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the design, deployment, and operation of scalable ML platforms and production ML systems.
- Build and maintain infrastructure for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to productionize ML solutions.
- Implement CI/CD, automation, and MLOps best practices across ML workflows.
- Support the establishment of monitoring, observability, governance, and reliability frameworks for ML systems.
- Develop and manage batch and real-time ML pipelines.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, MLOps, or ML Engineering.
- Experience contributing to the delivery of machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong Python programming and software engineering skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
- Experience implementing CI/CD and automation workflows.
- Good understanding of ML lifecycle management and model deployment.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and production support.
- Experience with batch and real-time data pipelines.
- Knowledge of Kafka or similar streaming technologies.




- Understanding of Spark/PySpark and distributed data processing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Databricks, MLflow, or similar MLOps platforms.
- Experience with AWS EKS.
- Exposure to Airflow, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of LLMOps, Generative AI, and AI governance.
- Experience in fintech, lending, risk, or fraud analytics.
