Role Overview:

The GM HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The role involves driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, culture building, and operational HR excellence across manufacturing, Sales, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership

- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive change management and organizational development programs.

2. Talent Management & Development

- Lead talent acquisition strategy for key leadership and critical roles.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Identify skill gaps and implement capability-building initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Build a high-performance and inclusive culture.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor organizational health.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

- Ensure smooth HR operations including payroll coordination,



policy implementation, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements (especially for plant locations).
- Oversee HR analytics and reporting for decision-making

5. Industrial Relations (if applicable).

- Manage union relationships and negotiations (for plant-based roles).
- Ensure harmonious industrial relations and proactive conflict resolution.

6. Change & Transformation

- Lead HR transformation initiatives including digital HR, process improvement, and restructuring.
- Support business expansion, mergers, or restructuring projects.

Key Requirements:

- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience in manufacturing / plant environment preferred but not mandatory.
- Robust understanding of HR analytics, labor laws, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
