Hiring Process Trainer & Soft Skills Trainer Kolkata | E-commerce Inbound Voice | Excellent Communication a Must

Job Description:

We're hiring a Process Trainer and a Soft Skills Trainer for a domestic e-commerce inbound voice process based in Kolkata.

This one's communication-heavy we're specifically looking for people with excellent spoken English, minimal MTI (mother tongue influence), and the ability to actually get that same neutral, explicit communication instilled in a batch of new hires.

What you'll actually be doing:

Process Trainer — You'll take new joiners from day one to floor-ready: covering process knowledge, running PKT assessments, tracking batch throughput and certification pass rates, and keeping training material and SOPs updated and accurate.

Soft Skills Trainer — Your focus is communication, tone, and MTI neutralization — helping trainees sound clear, confident, and professional on live calls. You'll run accent neutralization and voice-and-accent sessions, give structured feedback on call quality, and work closely with the Process Trainer to make sure a batch is genuinely ready for the floor, not just process-certified.

Who we're looking for:

- A graduate (undergrads won't be considered)




- Excellent spoken English with minimal MTI — this is non-negotiable for both roles
- At least 3 years total experience in BPO
- Minimum 1-2 years of documented experience specifically as a Process Trainer (for the PT role) — SME or AUX trainer experience won't count
- For the Soft Skills Trainer role, prior experience running voice & accent / soft skills / MTI neutralization sessions preferred
- Able to join immediately or within 15 days
- Willing to work from office in Kolkata
- Solid understanding of BPO training hygiene and floor readiness standards
