Position Summary
We are looking for an HR Generalist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in core HR functions. The ideal candidate should have independently handled employee engagement initiatives, employee grievance management, end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, and implementation of HR policies and processes.The role requires an HR qualified who can independently drive key HR initiatives, support organizational growth, and maintain strong employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment timelines.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and cultural programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions, surveys, and engagement assessments.
- Support retention initiatives and contribute to enhancing employee satisfaction.
Grievance Handling & Employee Support
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Investigate workplace issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Liaise with payroll vendors or internal finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and documentation.
- Support statutory compliance and payroll-related audits.
HR Policies & Process Implementation
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and labor laws.
- Support performance management, employee lifecycle management, and HR projects.
- Contribute to process improvements and HR automation initiatives where applicable.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Corporate Psychology, MSW, or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in HR roles, or related fields with familiarity in labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, and a Performance Management System is preferred.
Additional certifications in HR or compliance are preferred.
