Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex technical issues, locate root causes using diagnostic tools, and perform timely fixes.
- Installation & Commissioning: Set up new machinery or systems and test them to meet operational standards.
- Preventive Maintenance: Run routine checks and scheduled servicing to prevent sudden equipment breakdowns.
- Customer Support & Training: Guide clients on protected and efficient equipment usage and suggest product upgrades.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Strong grasp of mechanical or electronic fault-finding, reading blueprints, and using diagnostic software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving mindset, active listening, and strong client communication.
