About the role:

We are looking for an accomplished Director Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring strategy for our rapidly growing MediaTech Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This leadership role will be responsible for building world-class engineering and business teams while driving recruitment excellence, employer branding, talent intelligence, and workforce planning across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in scaling technology organizations, preferably within MediaTech, Digital Platforms, OTT, Streaming, AdTech, MarTech, or Global Capability Centers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across multiple locations.
- Partner with Business Leaders, Engineering Heads, Product Leaders, and HR Business Partners to forecast hiring needs.
- Build scalable recruitment processes, governance models, and hiring frameworks.
- Drive recruitment for senior leadership, niche technology, product, engineering, AI/ML, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation roles.
- Design innovative sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence, talent mapping, executive search, and employer branding.
- Build strong relationships with universities, technology communities, industry forums, and recruitment partners.




- Monitor recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Quality of Hire, and Candidate Experience.
- Lead diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment programs.
- Optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment automation, and AI-enabled hiring solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring policies, and organizational governance standards.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and strategic talent initiatives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15 to 18 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
- Minimum 5+ years leading Talent Acquisition teams at a Director, Senior Manager, or Head level.
- Experience hiring for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Captive Centers, or multinational technology organizations.
- Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations from startup to large enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in executive hiring, technology recruitment, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with global leadership teams across North America, Europe, or APAC.
- Solid understanding of talent market trends within the MediaTech ecosystem.
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a premier institute (IIMs / XLRI preferred)
