Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our organization. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Role & Responsibility

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Conduct reference and background checks as required.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.




- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide hiring reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience recruiting for technical, sales, IT hiring or specialized on software Development hiring roles.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Qualified certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition.
