Manager Placement Consultant

We are seeking a energetic, performance-driven, and relationship-oriented Manager Placement Consultant to lead our nationwide placement consulting network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a Pan India network of Placement Consultants
- Set, allocate, and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual placement targets.
- Review consultant performance through regular dashboards, audits, and performance discussions.
- Develop and execute placement strategies to maximize employment opportunities for students across all academic disciplines.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new employers for campus recruitment.
- Represent Brainware University at corporate meetings, networking forums, HR conclaves, and industry events.
- Lead discussions and negotiations for signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence by verify employer credentials, legal registrations, financial credibility, workplace reputation,



and statutory compliance before onboarding new recruiters.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 5-12 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Vendor Management, Consultancy partnerships
- Min 3 years experience as a team leader
- Demonstrated success in corporate relationship management and target-driven environments.

This position involves extensive travel across India to:

- Meet and mentor Placement Consultants.
- Develop new corporate relationships & Sign strategic MoUs.
- Conduct employer due diligence.
