- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for Supply Chain and Global Operations.
- Build automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Query, Excel, and other BI tools.
- Develop KPI dashboards to monitor inventory, procurement, logistics, customer service, and operational performance.
- Ensure dashboards provide accurate, timely, and actionable business insights.
Monitoring & Control Tower Operations
- Monitor daily operational performance and identify disruptions, exceptions, and risks across the supply chain.
- Generate alerts for critical business issues and escalate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Track service levels, inventory health,
supplier performance, transportation metrics, and order fulfillment KPIs.
- Support proactive issue resolution through data-driven recommendations.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
- Enhance existing dashboards based on business feedback.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Participate in pilot initiatives and gradually scale successful solutions across business functions.
