Telecalling Executive JD

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients and cater to incoming calls, introducing them to our real estate offerings and setting up appointments for site visits or meetings with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers using company leads.

• Explain real estate projects, features, and perks clearly and persuasively.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely scheduling of site visits.





• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign goals.

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele calling, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
