Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
- Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements :

- Must be a Chartered Accountant with a strong foundation in financial concepts.
- Preferred experience in the BFSI/NBFC/Banking industry.
- Essential skills include advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
